Obama begins his Africa tour

US President Barack Obama holds a joint press conference with his
Senegalese counterpart President Macky Sall in Dakar. The visit marks
the first day of Obama's Africa tour that will include visits to South
Africa and Tanzania in addition to his three days in Senegal in order to
emphasize human rights, youth engagement, and American trade and
investment opportunities in the region.
