BBA winner shrugs off wedding rumour
00:56The Big Brother Africa winner told ‘Weekend Magazine’ that “it was a video shoot for Flavour’s video. We came to Enugu to shoot.”
Describing the experience as great, he said, “the last time I was in Enugu was in 2003 while I was still in the University of Nigeria Nsukka. So, it was like reconnecting with my roots. I realised how much I’ve missed my Igbo brothers and sisters.
The experience which Uti said is a first of its kind for him has increased his admiration for the ‘Kporokonto’ artiste by 120 per cent. “I can’t wait to work with Clarence Peters again. He is my kind of director who wastes no time doing irrelevant things. He was straight to the point and very professional. I can’t wait to see the video,” he added.
On the comments about the video being of his actual wedding, he said, “I’m happy for the reactions because this way, when I really get married people won’t know. (Laughter) I intend to have a very private and low key wedding.
On when his actual wedding would be, he said, “I’ll marry whenever God says its time for me to marry I will. Sadly you might not get to see it, because it will be super private and super intimate and family themed.”
